I am waiting to hear if the bank accepted my offer for a foreclosure (this is my first one).

Wait a second....the AGENT made a coverage decision?

The bank sent payment to pay for that and now we are just waiting for the bank to get the deed so we can set up a closing date.Hopefully, that will happen soon or we'll have to put in a second addendum asking for another closing date extention.I'll be SO glad when this gets closed.

One looks at individuals developing entire shopping centers worth millions and it seems inconceivable that personal credit is more important than the equity that they can provide.And if personal credit IS important, how does one deal with it short of fixing it, waiting years, etc.?

Why not wait until the market recovers and your home has regained value and the market conditions favor a seller?
