two houses sold

My cul de sac has about 10 houses. Four houses have been for sale, two, for over a year, one for seven months or so (for the second time), one for about five months.
During that year there has been little activity regarding any of the houses. Recently, one that underwent foreclosure over a year ago was finally sold, and the other 7 month property sold this past month.
The five month property is getting some activity, but the other one is rarely looked at. It's farthest away from me.

Things seem to be looking up. I may put up my house soon. Anyone interested?
