In addition to listening to the podcast I suggest you read the "Ultimate beginners guide to Real Estate" http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing and setup some keyword alerts for your profile (http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2012/12/19/keyword-alert-system/) Its all very helpful and a great intro to the site.
