I don't mind DR for people that need the help with legitimate finance issues, but in terms of growing net worth I do not agree with really any of his advice or the way he delivers it (I find him incredibly arrogant).

The lot/lots are irregular which may also require some zoning interpretation as well as the fact you are trying to join two lots.

Long story short, there's a legitimate reason to charge a minimum management fee but I personally disagree with the practice.

This is what we are seeing on private LO-only facebook groups, places where you gotta show your license to join the group.... discussion after discussion just like this. 

I think there should be rules in place for those who have legitimately lost income completely from this virus specifically, and a no-tolerance policy for the rest whom are trying to benefit unjustly.
