I've read that you can only have one FHA loan at a time but there are a few exceptions (specifically around job re-location). 

If I can get the job with in budget then I’m at 68% purchase fix.

If I owned a truck right now that expense is multiplied 10fold  because it's a specialty job and truckers get milked hard.

There are jobs I'll do myself.

Hi @Mike Roberts, I am looking for a plumber in COS for a small job.

That's the first thing we checked before buying, and in our case we're probably closer to retirement than you may be and this is an area and lifestyle we are leaning towards when that starts - now though we'll be investors in retirement from our W-2 jobs.

Hell I might even try to get a job there if everything is as they say it is.

For my husband and I to retire early (Ok--- mostly my husband since I am a SAHM) and just make REI our/my full time job.

What worked for you, personally, not exaggerating and saying you started flat broke, but you were working a $100k job, like really start with nothing but persistence and a goal.

Does he have another job or business or does he want to work full time in this new business his family is investing in ?
