I did not expect such an inviting response.

This was a class through *************, and except for the initial invitation, they refer to it as "The Company" in the literature.I had to work late and missed talking to the guy directly, so I left a detailed message - I calmly listed my reasoning - it is illegal in Ohio, gave OH laws statutes, read some of the wording, read the first paragraph of the OH Dept of Commerce news release for June 4, 2019 that says "Beware of seminars that may teach unlicensed activity...This type of activity is considered unlawful in Ohio." 

I've already been PM'd and invited to a Dallas event.

I started that bc I was worried about the invitation envelops I was wedging in the door getting blown away or just taken down from other "last one there" investor. 

Real estate agents, inspectors, appraisers, loan officers, contractors, accountants, etc are invited to join as they please.

I have a degree in Engineering Technologies from Texas State, and have worked in the construction atmosphere throughout school, and after graduation. 

I also wanted to invite you to the local meetup I co-host of local BP members.

She invited me to go with her and I said, "Sure, but I'm not going to buy anything."

Maybe you can invite someone in Atlanta to be yur partner and the PM and be your eyes and ears in Atlanta and do the General contracting with you on this house.
