I’m on BP for few months now and I’ve decided to introduce myself.

I'm in the process of learning about REI - I've read few books and listened to few dozens of podcasts so far. Thank you very much for creating such active community, willing to share the knowledge and experiences.

My current job:I’ve been working as a banker. If there is anybody that would need any help regarding her/his banking needs, building credit history, heloc etc., I’d be happy to help! [my attempt to by helpful but not to sell anything 😉 ]

My plans: start with flipping and transition to owning. In 2017 I would like to buy a 2-4 family distressed property @Brooklyn/Queens and flip it to start generating funds for my long term buy-and-hold strategy.

The goal of that post: I’d like to network with Real Estate Professionals: agents, attorneys, private lenders etc., so I can assemble a team of people who could help me to realize my goals. If you are from Tri-state area, please send me an invite on BP – I’d love to hear from you.
