I would pull up the local interactive zoning map and click on different zones and research them.

I use Podio, but it is not an easy or intuitive system for beginners.

Be authentic in your interactions, openly share your goals, and don't hesitate to contribute.

Trust your gut and intuition...if it feels like a dog & pony show with a lot of flash & money & sales pressure...it's most likely just that.

I'm curious about this also, I've been testing Stessa but it's not intuitive and I keep finding weird glitches that make it almost more work than just entering transactions manually.At some point I found it had automatically added a full security deposit return after a move-out, despite me not having manually entered it nor there being a bank transaction - so I contacted Customer Service and then forgot about it because I was testing other software.

They have automated their pricing process and have a team to do their bookings and customer interactions. 

You're in the right place (BP forums) and doing the right things (posting and interacting with the community) so feel good about that and continue to push yourself to take incremental steps.  

I do not feel like mid-terms are currently a big thing based off of some of my interactions with local investors and property management (also we don’t have a lot of the businesses and things in Jacksonville that bring in the people that would need MTRs). 

Dates and times you call the property manager, the main office, interact with your neighbor or the police.
