Hi BP Community,I recently heard about professional mortgages that offer low down payments, no PMI, higher LTV ratios, etc. for those of us with professional designations.  

Engineers will design for 200 or more GPD when factoring demand. 

These are users who can access SBA funding (as was pointed out by @Joel Owens) and whose clients are making a designated trip - not impulse purchase - to utilize their services.

Finally, tech flourishes in tech hubs where people interact from different companies and groupings. 

The more interactions I have with realtorsand brokers the more convinced I become about the complete lack of professionalism and ethics.I could go on a rant but I won't. 

@Kim Pham You can probably go onto the website for the City, and look at an interactive map that shows zoning, etc  Depending on where in San Jose the lot is, it could be worth far more than you are thinking, as a 1/2 lot can be split, depending on the minimum lot size allowed in the neighborhood. 

I run my own marketing design company and work 80+ hours a week while kicking off our new Property Management company. 

All you need to do is to have complete understanding of three disciplines:1 - How Money Works2 - Market Analysis3 - What is, and how to design, a REI Business Plan...and stick to it.Miss any of the above and you will be mired in frustration.  

Hi, I am an interior designer who has been on HGTV and have staging packages starting at $500/month (minimum 2 months) that includes furnishing a master bedroom, livingroom, dining room, breakfast area, spare room, kitchen, and master bath.

I would not personally pay a local architect to design buildings when the kits will cost less, erect more quickly and make your live immeasurably easier.
