Again, take in to account this may not be his fault and try to treat him like a human being =) You'd be surprised how many times people take their frustrations out on agents when it's their decisions on pricing or not fixing/updating!

@Brent Coombs yes after so many searches I just found Autumnwood Funding and they looks like they are ok because they have a website and after I called I got a person explained everything for me.Before the people called themselves private money lenders all what I get from them email nothing else.It's hard decisions @Brent Coombs
