Have any of you tried the IKEA showroom kitchens with installation in a rental?

I have completed the kitchen, and installed wood flooring through out and two other bathrooms are complete. 

The biggest challenge was getting a new septic install.

not sure which is favorable for you situation but what I do know is:car loans will impact your debt to income ratio, but as long as you are in the preferable % range the lender wants to see you are good also installment debt utilization does impact your credit scores. 

Replaced landscaping and installed sprinklers.

They are alot easier to do than tearing the wall open and installing a pocket door. 

Refinished and replaced cabinets as needed, installed new hardware.

I used to install recording software in counties around the country and while I have not worked in Mass., I have worked from Seattle to Key West and my experience is that recorders don't care about the legal language except for the legal description and other required information to record the deed. if the developer really wants something on record, you could record an affidavit with the agreement.
