I have a few properties in the NC (Charlotte and Fayetteville) and would love to network and see if there's anything I can do to help others or learn from those ahead of me.

I am a part of an LLC with 3 individuals in the partnership.

I'd love to learn from anyone who has done this before as I don't know what I don't know!

It was quite deceiving actually until I wrote it all done and summed it up.Because the two that your are intersted in are franchises, you ABSOLUTELY need to check out the individual brokerages. 

My intention is to become a small but mighty Real Estate Investor.My primary market would be Florida but I am open to relocation later this year if the right opportunity presents itself elsewhere.Looking forward to learning alongside you all and hopefully connecting with many of you as well.
