If you send them a letter make sure to include that you already own the neighboring property and the details so it doesn't blend it with wholesaler letters etc.

A 1.7 acre lot with a 8 bedroom 4 bath brick home, with an in law apartment which is included in the bed/bath count.

If so, I need a recommended paint brand and vinyl prepping steps if this can be done.

I'm a bit confused on if her student loan debt will be included in my qualifications when seeking a mortgage.
