If you have goals, and are having trouble reaching them or implementing them two books I would recommend is "The Power of Habit" by Charles Duhigg and "The One Thing" by Gary Keller.The One Thing will help you focus on the highest priority items.

However, in mid project (especially now that we're doing 3 at a time) things get messy about our finish ordering, what we wanted to do, the good ideas we wanted to implement etc... 

A floor plan and some pictures from your walk through and you're good to go to implement the other items. 

Definitely want to implement this into my list of strategies when needed!
