If my tenants are impacted by the Coronavirus scare, can they still be evicted?

Those wont impact the monthly cashflow.

I am starting to explore a new business plan in CA that would essentially include placing newly constructed manufactured homes on lots that I own for rental in the Section 8 program.  

At $300/hr that’s only 15.5hours of work on  a “Essentially”a 9 property return.I think that’s pretty decent.
