I graduated college with a B.S. in Agriculture Business in May '13, and just relocated to Nashville, TN in December '14.    

It's too large for us and we will graduate next year and likely move off anyways.

Universities have been maintaining by increasing graduate and international enrollement (the first group is pretty well tapped out, but the second shows huge potential with Asian and African students looking for opportunities).

We also have our first daughter graduating from high school soon - expensive time!
