In my area you dont have to be a GC to buold your personal home.Find a local bank to work with on construction loan (I would suggest you get a account for that bank and donuts always help) Get a list of your area governing body on what is needed to be submitted for approval.

., try this: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/8121/51415-pro...They have deleted this on me before, they told me it had too many links to an outside site, like i was promoting it, i removed the links but left one recognition of who the author was, because i'm not taking credit for something i did not write, and yet they still delete it from the blogs, but it is on my list of blogs .

Currently im looking at Craigs List and Zillow to find what rents are going for in the area im looking, however I wanted to see if anybody knows of a better process or a site that will give average rental for specific areas.
