Our international move was necessary but he took a huge pay cut and due to family issues he’s agree to take a local job that pays much much less in order to help me out. 3 small kids and a pilot who’s gone all the time does not equal a happy life.. our vacation home is getting a new kitchen period lol I don’t have a dishwasher and it’s just not very functional.

And I do view their recently sold function when considering making an offer on a property.Just my opinion.

In fact, the tenant making the suggestion is the lowest functioning there, the legacy tenant in the basement studio (legal) on SSI who does the garbage and shoveling for me. 

When we sell our own parks, we only value the homes at what a home is worth, not as a function of the rent, because we know that capping home rent at 10% is not reasonable for the buyer.
