I was extremely fortunate to find a part time job working 20 hours a week, and surprisingly Im doing well enough that I'll end the year making $100k only working a few hours a week. ($300k if I went full time)I know that my end goal is not to be the top dog in the brokerage world.

I currently have very little knowledge but I am in the process of attending a fortune builders event to kind of give myself a foundation.

I did a 3 day class with Fortune Builders in my area and absolutely fell in love with real estate. 

He introduced me to a partner of his who claimed he had access to portable mobile home units across the country and in which case I could invest in each rental property for an investment of $10-15k each and receive a residual passive income of approximately $2.5k/month. 

Fortunately today, my company closed on our first rental income property that we will be renovating.

What I mean by that, is in theory assuming I have sufficient funds I could travel to any city I wish stay there for a few months to find a deal, go through the entire process of buying and flipping it and after it is sold move on to another city.This wouldn't be what I will be doing for the rest of my life of course, but I would like to take a couple years to travel a lot throughout the country, and I believe this method could help me do thatI know that this plan will have a few obvious pitfall problems, but that is why I want your input to help find ways around the pitfalls such as:- Where to live during this time?

I was fortunate that I was able to walk away from dozens of offers that didn't work for me because I didn't have the pressure of making money.

I'm looking to connect with investors who either recently househacked or are currently househacking in the Denver/Boulder area and/or a similar market elsewhere in the country.  

My financial situation is good, meaning I have my financials under control and I save over $500 monthly but I don't have a lot saved as I'm an immigrant in this country and it took me few years to bring everything under control.
