@Kelvin Ng Depending on the deal, my feeling is the liability is limited as the Noteholder. 

There is no prepayment penalty so they can pay as much as they want as fast as they want but the goal is to be comfortable while the Florida property cash flows.

If you have access to  large amounts of capital then you can set your refinance at a comfortable payment based on your desired return.
