I would recommend getting to know someone who is involved in either the National Apartment Association, or my personal favorite is a CPM® member with IREM (I have credentials with both the NAA an am a CPM®). 

While there are s lot of neigh sayers above I’ll take a different approach that I haven’t seen anyone say.

Then take your favorite PM to a showing with your favorite agent to see if they compliment one another or butt heads. 

A great point from a certain point of view, but on the other hand maybe the added flexibility and ease of having one could be the reward in itself...Especially for those whose favorite part of investments is the rehab.I like the idea of the work van with a trailer hitch more, personally.
