If you do the footwork, the title company might see these as easier to work or you might need to offer to pay the title company more for all of the extra work.

@Megan Clancy or others, I am particularly interested in hearing what details people have included about dissolving a partnership/LLC.I am wondering about specifics of one partner buying out the others if they 'want out early'.

I just remembered what one of the terms of that contract were -- that the owner opted into the PM's online rent collection system where everyone paid online for free or paid something like $10 extra a month for non-online payments.

Can I ask the bank for the extra 40k to do whatever repairs necessary to my liking, such as on a line of credit.

Fix the roof, stay here and sue the city to revoke the section 8 rentals license (the details are for another thread, but I think I could make a cogent case as many neighbors view the house as a nuisance and the police have told us they KNOW who they are…).

For me that’s like two extra dinners a month with my girlfriend and I.
