I feel it is very important to establish guidelines and to extend the same rights to other tenants.

Start with a daily action plan that you can check off daily.

Early in the morning, let your realtor ask the seller's agent to extend contingency deadline because your lender screwed up.

You need to have money set aside of emergencies and just life in general so I wouldn't look to tie it up and over extend yourself.

I wanted to create this discussion so we could share what sort of activities or task you do to help further your wholesaling business on a daily basis and to help improve/learn from each other. 

What I'm worried about is getting myself extended (leveraging) so far with the HELOC.

They are not like other PMs that I hear want to manage the property as though they own it themselves.And then to have multiple properties just extends into the time I would rather use doing other things.

Or, buy one of the legal papers such as The Daily Journal (their courthouse rep is named Arnie) or the Long Beach Reporter (which I now receive a free subscription, for some reason).

I didn't upgrade because I feel I don't even use my free account to its full extend.
