I'd be more concerned about HOAs, CC&R's, local laws, and zoning laws....With apologies in advance, because I don't know how much experience you have, but "no deed restrictions" doesn't mean you can do whatever you want with the property.All very excellent points!...

Excellent points.I do feel however, that it is absolutely impossible for the media to make all candidates appear equal in standing.We must ask ourselves if a Duncan Hunter should be given as much attention as a Hillary Clinton.Also, Hillary got enormous press attention for 2 years concerning this election cycle.

After a few hours of reading some of these books, and perhaps checking out some of the excellent publications on the IRS' website (I'm assuming you're in the United States), you should have a better idea of the tax advantages that property ownership brings, and you should have a more specific set of questions that you can ask here to get the nitty-gritty detailed answers to.
