If you’re unsure search the BP website for investor friendly Realtors in the city you are interested in investing in and make a connection with one or more agents.

They should have a section 8 web site specifically for you listing a property. 

Open up the first two pages worth of websites, sent a email enquiry or call the firm, and it’s either “we aren’t taking on new clients” or “yes I can set you up with a $2k retainer to review the bill and other associated codes”.

I couldn't find it in any of my zillion books or websites.

Most had a lot of the information I needed on their website Kravitz allowed me to sign up and create some loan scenarios so I could see what my options were.one of the local companies offered a free consultation, and I was able to ask all of my questions, and then some.Don't t be afraid!

I was if there was a good website or you had any tips to understand the concept of finding and analyzing a great property near the campus.

Im hoping to learn all the fundamentals of investing, as it's hard to find all the meat and potatoes in one place like this website.

I am a realtor so I saw it on an auction website.

I know a lot of people use the MLS to find deals but what other sites or software do you guys use or have used to find and predict best places to buy?  Please tell me the good and the bad so I can know.
