2- When you buy in a particular market, how does a market on the other side of the country impact yours? 

Them not getting along with each other has direct impact on me doing my job, for example, now I have to individually inform all roommates to make sure I can come by next Tuesday at 10am to do some repairs, because Brenda doesn't talk to Doris anymore LOL.I do understand these things could happen in a family too, that a couple could have marriage issues and have fights and I would have the same drama, but yet over the years I have never had any drama when renting to a family, whether it is a couple with or without kids, sisters, BF/GF etc...may be it's just luck.The latest is the annual lease is up. 

How Working Remotely Will Impact the Future of Real Estate?

The 15 year isn't bad because of the smaller investments I'm currently dealing with but the bigger i go the more it will have an impact. 

For a bank, we will still have all of our costs including appraisal, legal, maybe even environmental, etc.

Most cities have impact fees on any construction in a city.

Luckily that specific issue didn't occur but omgggg the impact can be huge.That's the reason we have booking rules, but if your booking rules don't sync over properly, forget about it.

What are people's thoughts on the impact of a Sanders's Presidency on the housing market?

Are there impact fees (school district, library, park district, etc)?

I know nothing about the subject-so I can't speculate about how it will impact housing.I did think about if this could be an affordable answer to affordable housing for the homeless.
