Don't hold your breath, I've seen legal descriptions using landmarks; to the center of a large oak tree, to the edge of the rock outcropping, to the double fence post back to the beginning (leaving out distances in links and chains).

I've since have gone one to pay 100% of my mortgage with side income, so technically I've almost doubled my values.

We would see a lot of doubling up in properties with single people renting bedrooms when they were of an age to rent entire apartments, simply due to affordability.
