There is a lot of time, paperwork and research involved in a loan and lenders need to be compensated.Experienced HM lenders will have all the contracts and paperwork ready to go but make sure to have a trusted title guy, mortgage guy or attorney look at the docs before you sign.

There also may be a leak over the shower. 

Have his title company write the hud and send over the docs needed to your title co.

During the inspection there was 1 of 4 furnaces red tagged by the gas company, a perfuse smell of gas in a separate crawl space, leaking roof & crawl space, termite damage, structural & foundation issues.
