If not, maybe revisit that discussion since it has been a few years working with them and see what happens. 

I'm pretty sure it's annual unless otherwise discussed and I know that private lending deals are whatever you negotiate but thought I'd check at this early stage to make sure I'm on the same page as more seasoned private lenders.

Cozy does not make this situation well known, and it is not discussed on this forum at all.

Politically it is not a good look if the US spends to provide Mexico better sewer treatment and fix the related issues.Last I was at the IB pier the pier did not have a commercial resident.

The goal is to meet 1-3 times a month and discuss a book and real estate.

I discussed with my broker and he confirmed that the document is subject to changes before close.

If the agent, brokerage, or decider is a frequent customer of the title company then there can be unequal treatment of the party that makes the choice.
