If I were to do it right now, I would still try to house hack but would definitely look into staying in the studio if the rent is chheap and it would allow me the freedom to buy more investment properties

Im not sure I completely understand what you're trying to calculate but I would go about it using Excel or Google Sheets and create a "master" and a separate sheet for each property

@Ben Stanley If you are talking about a house hack where you rent extra bedrooms that will be a little different than buying a 2-4 unit property and living in one of the units.
