I feel we are encouraging bad behavior and many of these tenants who fell behind are going to leave when the walls of protection come down around them but negotiate forgiven debt and may even walk out with some money.

I don’t have any particular plans for the money other than to take advantage of cheap debt and use the money for downpayments on future buy and holds but I’m curious what others would do in this situation.
