Hey everyone, this is my first post after consuming as much about REI as i can take.

Since I recently moved 4,000 miles away from the local branch, every banking task no matter how easy and trivial has turned into a time consuming inefficient process.

I will do this primarily by:Introducing our clients who are accredited to our other clients who are syndicating large apartment deals (one of our clients raised over $1.5MM from the connections we provided them with in 2017, I'd like to see that double)Helping our smaller clients grow their portfolios through providing deal analysis support and connecting them to our industry partners who have proven track records of getting things doneSaving our clients, and those who consume my content, thousands of dollars in taxes via the new GOP tax plan2.

While consuming all the great info here and on the podcasts, focus on your goals and what you want REI to do for you and your family.

As I understand it, the document serves to amend the existing HMDA "made by section 1094 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act".I'm curious if investors who purchase and restructure non-performing notes are required to abide by either the current or the new act. 

This is in contrast to the section which talks about consumer checking accounts.Does anyone know of any major bank that will cover a loss due to unauthorized transactions on business checking accounts?

Working full time and doing Real Estate is very time consuming but well worth it.

Here we have two documents that buyers are normally asked to sign.First is the "Massachusetts Mandatory Licensee-Consumer Relationship Disclosure".
