Down side is computing interest on outstanding balances and accounting/servicing.You could make it easier requiring an amortized payment and simply disburse the entire loan amount up front, but I would still make it a future advance loan so that you can extend future credit without having a new loan closing and modify the note with an addendum or subordinate notes.

Shane,Google remembers kind of like cookies with the SEO for a search term when you type it in.So you could think you are on page 1 but it only shows that when you search on your computer.If the search result from multiple computers has you on page 1 then that is much more powerful.Also do not get overexcited about hitting the first page.

So, I would be very cautious about this rating...it's easy to get an A+ because it's calculated by the BBB computer based on a formula for the number of complaints and the rectification of those complaints.
