Yes, I would use a company to do this and carry documentation that validates.

I did reach out to the title company for assistance, but they advised they could only assist if we wanted to transact/sell the property to the LLC.

By way of example, this could have been a civil engineering error, a disclosure issue on the part of the seller, an error by the title company for failing to record the legal description correctly etc.

Any suggestions on companies?

Probably your insurance company will insist on using their number.

I haven't had good experiences with the home warranty companies myself, just not worth it to me.I used to stress when someone called me with an issue too, so I get it.

@Lisa T.It is super simple and you are not missing anythingTook me six minutes to do first one and 3 minutes for the othersWhenever anything new like this comes out companies like registered agents etc chomp at the bit and use fear tactics to make it seem hard to get you to pay.

Our company is unique as we have a retail brokerage side, but we own 3 investment companies (Fix & Flip - Out of State, BRRRR, & Commercial Holdings).
