It's been working out well for me and I think those two things - careful screening and quarterly visits increase the likelihood of rent coming in and the place staying in good shape.

I can do about 2 at a time but the closing costs and budget overages kill the scale aspect of it for me for me to do more.  

Unfortunately for me it's very easy to fail at finding anything closely resembling that good of a deal. 

They keep deductibles respectable, rates average, and have a more traditional coverage form. 

So, for me, both Fundrise and Cardone aren't a fit and an easy "no".
