The note rate does not change, but changing any one element of an amortizztion, N, PV, i or pmt you will need to reamortize the note.

Also the property is very close to an expensive private college and I think a few large 2 bed 2 bath units (combined 1 bd 1 ba) will make a killing as they would be the only ones of that type in the neighborhood.Also im looking to owner occupy as well so I would like to have access to lower rates available for a 1-4 unit property.As an aside, I know rule #1 is not to get emotionally attached to a deal. this house is perfect though as it has a large parking area and 3 car garage in the heart of a dense turn of the century area, quite hard to find in the city here.

Even if you never use the email address elsewhere, if it's posted on the Web, you can be sure it's been harvested/scraped by spammers.Also, on the subject of SEO, the post earlier gave some good ideas about developing keywords (using the wonder wheel), but that is really just the beginning.The next step is to find out which keywords have that magic combination of being searched a lot but without having much competition.Then, you work on on-site optimization as indicated in that post, by tweaking content and formatting, etc.Lastly, you need as many keyword-based inbound links from high PR-ranking sites as you can muster up, assuming they don't have "nofollow" code for robots.

Asset protection at your stage of investing might be better served with any homestead exemption allowed in your state as a personal residence.Another issue is that your duplex will be treated as an investment to extent of the business purpose, you will not be able to depreciate that part of the asset used for your personal use and common elements will need to be proportionate to use..
