Nearly 25 years ago when I graduated college success to me was defined by a job where I was not the lowest person on the totem pole. 

I’ve also just started my first job out of college so this will give me time to build up some capital.

As far as my goal goes, I want to buy and hold in this specific market as a live-in college rental, 2nd exit strategy airbnb for the nearby sports arena. 3rd sell it off because its a nice area w/ schools. 

I have a friend who lives out of state and owns a college rental in Texas. 

I am a full-time college student and I have been doing (or attempting) to invest in real estate on the side.

We've rented to a group of college kids successfully, only issue is when one needs to move out, they had trouble finding another qualified applicant.  

Yes it is a student rental due to its close proximity to the university.

I would like to pay off my student loans, I also think of the opportunity cost of waiting a year for my next deal.
