This site has been a great resource and really motivating.

We’ve invested in RE since 2007 separately, before we met, and started investing collectively last year.

For us it’s  the neighborhood average to base tax collection on.

I am still doing lease agreements on paper with my own “version” and I also do the collecting rent thru cozy which works pretty well too.

Any information regarding collecting the list would be helpful. thank you
