Pat, had to think about that one, came close to saying I'd be speculating, but another sip of coffee gave me more confidence IMO to it's my guess the answer is no.With a contract for deed, title is held 100% by the lending seller, the fact that a lender has an interest in title is irrelevant, it's a financing contract on residential property subject to the Act.
