Basically, no minor children of tenants can live in the unit. 

This scenario to me personally makes sense.You no longer have and FHA loan and if you have kids or are planing on having kids a better school district is better for your children's future.  

They just put furniture over it.  

My current life insurance policy alone would not provide enough security for my children in the event something does happen.thanks again.....

I forgot to mention: two things we include with every new rental: A clean spare filter, usually placed under the sink or in a closet, and a set of felt pads for furniture legs for our homes with wood floors (just about all of them).

So we (my Wife and I and our 6 children) live in New Hampshire and have lived in this house, in a great part of town, for 2 years 9 months.

I know it pretty much depends on the building, but we're looking at a 30K square foot conversion of furniture store and would like to have a baseline.

Dealing with children and entitled parents is demanding and definatly not my cup of tea.

I like to explain it like looking at furniture or shopping for a car.

We want to be able to secure our future children's financial future and be able to do something we love because we love it.
