Stage it.. find out cost for staging 1 bedroom, and livingroom,, with minimal stuff.. for photos' only.. some places can photo shop furniture in your photos.. also..I'd call my agent everyday and get this figured out,, not sure what lenght contract you signed with him but I wouldn't resign.

I ended up having tenants from over 60 miles away that are turning out to be awesome tenants(trashed credit from sacrificing some things for a better future for their children, but genuinely good people).

Hi @RyanHilbun I have a Rep at Wayfair who is tremendously helpful for furniture purchases, I also get designer prices at Lazy-boy, Safavieh and other lighting, paint stores and Home Depot.
