Stage it.. find out cost for staging 1 bedroom, and livingroom,, with minimal stuff.. for photos' only.. some places can photo shop furniture in your photos.. also..I'd call my agent everyday and get this figured out,, not sure what lenght contract you signed with him but I wouldn't resign. 

Properties of this size have many more uses than purely rental income properties.Think families that want in law suite, or college age children etc...

You could however, buy some of his "antique" furniture for $5k.....but you might have to justify it if it ever came out, and I am not suggesting that you do that.

I'm not sure how they handle furniture but I'd look more into how their plan works.

I ended up having tenants from over 60 miles away that are turning out to be awesome tenants(trashed credit from sacrificing some things for a better future for their children, but genuinely good people).

I'm guessing something more specific than "Kick them out, put in furniture, learn to provide customer service, and put it onto AirBnB"?

Stop wasting money on clothes, crafts (women) ,hobbies (Men), CARS and new furniture.

More then likely these units will have tenants with children and not having a yard might turn them off from renting at this place.

Hi @RyanHilbun I have a Rep at Wayfair who is tremendously helpful for furniture purchases, I also get designer prices at Lazy-boy, Safavieh and other lighting, paint stores and Home Depot.
