If you're single or married (and spouse has an income) with no kids and living in the Midwest that $26k net rental income goes a lot farther than if you've living in an expensive metro area with kids and expenses (day care or private school isn't cheap in California, NYC etc).

hello folksI just start my first house flipping project and really need some good/cheap tiling guy, painter, etc. the tiling quote I got is about $3 a sqft labor only. for painter, I got $4,500 quote for a 2 story 1950 sqft house for all walls, ceilings, doors and trims. are the numbers seem right?
