Hi,I am relatively new in bp but from what I have gathered, it seems like a big family with the same common objective “financial freedom.“ It is full of great videos and amazing people sharing their knowledge, and even trading time for charity.

But I would suggest an objective review of the data shows a much brighter picture and that light is due to technology.  

I can understand if money is no object and you are liquid rich but that's not typical.

I have learned so much and gain a lot of understanding on how to do sub to; the objections and how to over come them and the difference in when it comes to owner financing, how to talk to owners, how to underwrite deals. 

He works with several RE investors across the U.S. with similar objectives. 

Obviously it should meet your objectives/goals.
