Does NJ allow Series LLC?
Does anyone know if NJ allows a Series LLC? I'm thinking it does not. But if it does, and I've already formed an LLC, can I turn that LLC into a SLLC?
Thanks.

Delaware allows series LLCs and you may want to register one entity as a foreign entity in NJ. Obviously it should meet your objectives/goals.
