However last time i was there I saw some real nice growth north of 8 mile some new construction that looked very nice and promising.. but when you have a vast over supply of homes and not enough butts to put in them this is what happens.

I would vote for a Desal plant on the AZ tax payer dime in the sea of cortez, partner with Mexico (who is kicking our butt with their desal plants), and get that rocking ASAP.

They are your eyes and ears and if you can train and pay them to be more of a ‘concierge service,’ helping you to keep note of stock supplies, arranging handymen if they note something is broke, or running to the store for you, they will save your butt.
