I Have Made Every Mistake Imaginable with My First Property

I am one year into owning an investment property and it has been TOUGH.

As I stated in the title, I have made plenty of mistakes. Renovation mistakes, over-spending, and now I am embroiled in my first ever eviction. I have learned a thousand times over from these mistakes and it is true that you will not learn a thing until these things happen TO you!

However, I feel more motivated to succeed now than I ever had before the proverbial S hit the fan. This WILL work!

To all of the newbies out there, keep on plugging away, this is slow and steady. Plenty will go wrong, you will feel like an idiot from time to time. But, we all need to start somewhere.

Random rant over!
