YUP  who knows.but met on the internet  100s of e mails money before closinginsurance  there is no insurance product for private loans does not exist.. etc etc.. maybe the money will come through..

Bill, as mentioned above, the biggest challenge would be the zoning. 

Biggest issue they had was on the sale, everything looked great, sold it just under list BUT the buyers conv. financing appraisal came in way too low.

From personal experience, I would go with a well run local company versus one of the cheaper "internet" management companies.

My “first” deal has the biggest potential and sweetest structure, but it was really about buying a business that unfortunately still isn’t set up yet.
