@Liz Mojica, we’ll put aside the conversation about a $200k education for $48k job for the moment, but I bet others may have something to learn from your experience.

Your local laws/loan products may be different though, so your best bet is to talk to your loan office or an awesome Real Estate Agent in your area.

You could achieve 15% returns possibly with almost no work after you bet the syndicator and the deal in the first place.

Been reading some previous threads and noticed that East Ogden seems to be a safe bet. 

Bet you a dollar the comps are spot on.The inaccuracies I've found in the software are more along the lines of something not showing up on the market yet. 

It seems like you're really passionate about everything you do, I sure wouldn't  bet against you. 

I focus on what most others are afraid of, so if you see a way to acquire properties but is seems risky to you, learn about it, and do what is needed to mitigate the risk, I bet the buyer pool is shallower.

I had more opportunity try several options, plot my next move, and never bet the farm on a single idea at a single time.Definitely in the slow camp, but it's worth noting I am a passive investor.

In fact, I bet of people who do 1 deal, half never move on to number 2.
