While maintaining client confidentiality - I say this a few days after inspecting a 100 unit building that had to be completely evacuated, over a dozen people hospitalized, and now has about $1 million dollars in damage all "allegedly" caused by....1 tenant who "allegedly" put a space heater on a bed and left it.

For example, for things like beds, you can cut down on weight by using two box-springs stacked instead of a box-spring and mattress (it's also MUCH cheaper this way). 2) Buy the smallest furniture you can find.

I make all my payments on time never late in over 3.5 years and I hired a lawyer thats how I got the 6month mod as it is they didn't want to do squat for me in the begining. yes I make good money but I just don't want to give these people an EXTRA 1000 a month in intrest and never get any where when I can take my 2000 a month and put it under the mattress until they kick me out. and I have a co-signer lined up already my dad has a 820 credit score and only owes about 35K on a 350K house was a 500K house 5 years ago.

If i need something, i just simply ASK and i am very truthful. i also have some more website ideas, but i have trouble even getting my domain ideas registered because of my financial situation. i am also, trying to get www.talenttowne.com up and running too, but i do not even have the money to purchase a "script" that powers the website and all the free ones out there always have these silly catches to them and never even operate correctly. you see i just came out of a HUGE online pharmaceutical business and i used to make good money with that, but the laws drove me right away from that. so i am just trying to start over anew. the money doesn't even have to come to me. i just need a shopping cart for lotions, tanning supplies, salon supplies, and maybe even beds. but for now just simple things.
