Want to link up with an agent that can find us off-market deals, as well as a GC in the area that is familiar with fix&flip or BRRRR strategies. 

I formed my business as a LLC in November 2022 my accountant then formed an S-Corp with the same business name in march 2023 NY state back dated my S-Corp to November 2022 I didn't know I needed to open a new bank account with my new S-Corp tax ID #.

Awesome we'll be able to treat it as a fix and flip .

It only seemed natural to get into it as a full-time job.

I understand the costs associated being an Agent (I actually took a course and passed the licensing exam a few years ago, but never did anything with it as I started a new career as a Firefighter). 

Multi unit changed the math for me in some calculations.One exception to the rule above is syndicating with a PM who also is an LP and receives management fees as a percentage of profits (rather than typical PM fees).

Right now we are in the process of acquiring land to build a childcare center with a duplex on the property as a rental.  

As a property manager AND owner, I want to be able to look at my properties each year and see where I am at. 

Will the investment still work for your goals as a MTR or long term rental?
