@Ken Boone I'll tell you what, the first time your Mobile App says "Mouse Caught" and alerts you of one, it's a rush...won't lie.And they are contained and a quick "kill" with the shock, so no mouse squeaking on a glue trap.

In 95% of our deals we have our seller take photos for us, it's free and it gets the job done.In a situation where they can't take photos we have a mobile notary that we work with go out and snap some photos.

For those of you who develop mobile home parks, perhaps you can help me make a decision.
